To confirm your appointment, i require a non-refundable deposit of £80.
 
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, kindly provide a minimum of 72 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Any last minute cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit.
 
In the event of a cancellation without the required 72 hours notice for your top-up appointment, a cancellation fee of £50 will apply. Additionally, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled, resulting in the loss of your initial £80 deposit.
 
Failure to show up for your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit and may affect your ability to book future appointments with me.
 
All appointments must be attended individually; children are not permitted.
 
Semi-permanent makeup consists of two sessions. It is your responsibility to schedule the second "top-up" session between 4 to 8 weeks after your initial appointment.
 
Appointments booked beyond the 8-week mark will be considered as colour boost appointments.
 
I have a zero-tolerance policy for verbally abusive or aggressive behaviour under any circumstances.​
